Atlanta-based Integrated Benefit Systems, Inc. was founded in July, 1993 as an employee benefit software, consulting and outsourcing firm.  Since its inception, the company has been dedicated to providing creative, value-added solutions to retirement plan administration and compliance concerns through state-of-the-art systems and consulting expertise.

IBS, working in conjunction with a major fund manager, life insurance company, and bank, designed and developed cpPARMS™ Compliance SystemIn July, 1995, after extensive 1994 year-end and 1995 1st-and-2nd quarter controlled testing, IBS began marketing cpPARMS™.

Today, many major service providers, banks, insurance companies, and benefits consulting firms use cpPARMS™ to provide quality compliance services to their clients.
